If someone taps the link it shows you ads this is called phishing .they can steal the data from our mobile even we are all using mobiles then it is easy for them. if they got our numbers they repeatedly send some spam messages to earn more. This is one of the ways to steal the data.
Another type of scam is by attracting peoples to their content and make people fell in their scams. They were mainly on Instagram, telegram channels mainly. They create a page full of fake followers and proof and make some videos or photos that someone is rewarded. There is a normal human instinct is if anyone is quickly earning money somehow they want to try.
First of all, they create a page on social media. Then collect some information about what they are trying to do. for example, if it’s a betting they try to learn about betting and website of them. then search a broker related to it and collect some proofs from the original sites. Then they use their skills to attract poor peoples. Because money is the most needful thing. Some of the scammers will pay their first few clients for their review then they make proofs with their edited names and post in social media to trick the peoples
